Decoria Home operates this store and this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to offer you, as a customer, a personalised shopping experience (the "Services"). Decoria Home uses the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide you with the Services.
The terms and conditions below, together with the policies referenced within them (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, including disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy, available here, which explains how personal information is processed. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use or access our Services. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. For purchases, our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Returns & Refunds Policy apply.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms of Service, you represent that you have reached the age of legal majority in your country or region of residence, and you give us your consent to allow any minor children in your care to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including to access or browse our online store or to purchase any
of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and your billing, payment and delivery information. You represent and warrant that any information you provide on our store is accurate, current and complete, and that you have all necessary rights to provide such information.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity connected with your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or licence your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We sell wallpaper in the designs and materials shown on our product pages, priced per square metre (m²) and supplied in rolls. Wallpaper samples are available at £2 each and are not priced per m².
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may appear different depending on screen settings and lighting. Samples can help you assess colour and texture, although they may show only part of a design. This does not limit your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
The calculator converts your wall dimensions into square metres, adds 10%, then rounds up to the next whole square metre, with a minimum of 1 m². For example, 300 × 250 cm gives 7.5 m²; adding 10% gives 8.25 m², rounded up to 9 m². The additional quantity is included in the charged price and is not a separate fee. Check your measurements and installation requirements before ordering. Entering dimensions does not, by itself, mean that wallpaper is cut or manufactured to your exact wall dimensions.
Product descriptions and availability may change for future orders. Changes do not alter the description or terms applicable to an accepted order. We may limit availability where necessary, and will notify you if this affects your order.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Decoria Home may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as product unavailability, a payment problem or suspected fraud. If we decline an order after taking payment, we will refund that payment. Your order is only deemed accepted once confirmed in writing by Decoria Home. We must receive and process your payment before your order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as cancellation requests are subject to the cancellation and withdrawal rights set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Return & Refund Policy. In the event your order is declined, amended or cancelled, we will attempt to contact you using the email address or billing address provided at the time of your order.
Wallpaper orders are eligible for our extended commercial 30-day return offer, subject to its conditions. Samples are excluded from that extended offer, while applicable statutory cancellation rights and rights concerning faulty goods remain unaffected. Your purchases are subject to the return or exchange terms set out in our Refund Policy, available here.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING
Prices may change for future orders without affecting an accepted order. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed on our Store are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, where value added tax applies. Wallpaper is priced in £/m²: each quantity unit represents 1 m², and the final total is the ordered quantity multiplied by the selected material’s price per m². Samples cost £2 each. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free, including for sample orders. Your final quantity and total price are shown before payment.
We may, from time to time, offer promotions on our Services which may affect pricing and which are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the terms of the promotion shall prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made on our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that: (i) your payment card information is accurate, correct and complete; (ii) you are authorised to use the payment card for the purchase; (iii) charges incurred will be honoured by your card issuer; and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred at the posted prices, including any delivery and handling charges and all applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Preparation and dispatch normally take 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation (approximately 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays). Transit after dispatch normally takes 4 to 5 working days, giving a total estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 working days from order to receipt. These estimates apply to wallpaper and sample orders. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. If an order is delayed, contact contact@decoriahome.com for assistance. Delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control do not remove your statutory delivery, cancellation or refund rights. The risk of loss or damage during transit remains with us until you take physical possession of the goods. See our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including without limitation all trademarks, trade names, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio content, as well as their design, selection and arrangement, are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their respective owners. They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international conventions.
These Terms permit you to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, nothing shall be construed as granting you a licence or any other right in any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property of Decoria Home, Shopify or any third party. Any unauthorised use of the Services may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Decoria Home.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans of Decoria Home are trademarks of Decoria Home, its affiliates or its licensors. You may not use these without the prior written permission of Decoria Home. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to third-party tools as part of the Services, over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, and without any endorsement. This does not exclude responsibility for our own acts or omissions, or limit mandatory consumer rights.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with, and approve of, the terms on which such tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new features through the Services (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features shall be considered part of the Services and shall be subject to these Terms of Service.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties (including embedded third-party features). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites you choose to access. If you decide to leave the Services to access such third-party materials or sites, you do so at your own risk.
Third-party websites and transactions are governed by their own terms. This does not exclude responsibility for our own acts or omissions, or limit mandatory consumer rights. We encourage you to carefully review the policies and practices of any third party and to make sure you understand them before entering into any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Decoria Home is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, any sale or purchase made through our Store is made directly with Decoria Home. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify has no responsibility for any aspect of the sales between you and Decoria Home, including any damage, injury or loss resulting from products or services purchased. Decoria Home is responsible for its obligations as the seller. Nothing in this section excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available here, and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, available here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
As the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information regarding your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as with third parties who may be located in countries other than the one in which you reside, in order to provide the services. SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
If you submit, upload, post, email or otherwise transmit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans or other content (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable and non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial purposes. We may, for example, use our rights under this licence to operate, provide, evaluate, improve and promote the Services and to fulfil our obligations and exercise our rights under these Terms of Service.
You further represent and warrant that: (i) you own or otherwise have all necessary rights in the Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation or incentive received in connection with submitting your Feedback; (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms. We are not, and will not be, obligated to (1) maintain the confidentiality of your Feedback; (2) pay any compensation for your Feedback; or (3) respond to your Feedback.
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove any Feedback that we, at our sole discretion, consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes any party's intellectual property rights or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your Feedback will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, data protection, personality or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that your Feedback will not contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or any computer virus or malware likely to affect the operation of the Services or any related website. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Feedback. You are solely responsible for your Feedback and its accuracy. We accept no liability and assume no responsibility for any Feedback posted by you or any third party.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
The Services may occasionally contain errors or omissions concerning descriptions, prices, delivery or availability. We may correct these for future orders. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not impose a higher price or materially different product without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled and is cancelled, we will refund any payment taken. Your contractual and statutory rights remain unaffected.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) in violation of any applicable regulation, rule or law; (c) to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Decoria Home, Shopify or third parties; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate against any of our employees or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to submit, knowingly receive, upload, use or reuse any content that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any "spam", "chain letters", "junk mail" or any other similar solicitation; (h) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity; (i) to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Decoria Home, Shopify, users of the Services or third parties, or expose them to liability.
Additionally, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code that may affect the operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) engage in spamming, phishing, pharming or pretexting through the Services; (e) use automated tools to access the Services without authorisation or contrary to Section 14; (f) interfere with, circumvent or disable any security or authentication feature, robot exclusion header or other measure we implement to restrict access to the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms.
SECTION 14 - AGENTS
14.1 This section (the "Agent Terms") applies if you use, authorise, enable or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use or interact with the Services. An "Agent" means any software or service acting autonomously or semi-autonomously on behalf of, or under the instruction of, an individual or entity, which may run on a device owned or used by that individual, without direct supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access, use or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself at all times and operates in strict compliance with the conditions set out in Section 14.4 below. In addition, no Agent may access, use or interact with the Services if we have requested that Agent to refrain from accessing, using or interacting with any service.
14.3 We may limit, including through technical measures, the ability and manner in which an Agent accesses, uses and interacts with the Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, indicate that the request originates from an Agent and disclose the Agent's name by including the following in the user-agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not conceal or disguise the fact that access, use or interactions originate from an Agent, including by (a) mimicking human behaviour or interaction patterns, or (b) circumventing or solving CAPTCHAs or other measures designed to distinguish computer use from human use; (iii) answer honestly any question or prompt intended to determine whether interactions originate from a human or a computer; (iv) not circumvent or avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify or control the access, use or interactions of Agents with the Services.
SECTION 15 - TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for a serious breach of these Terms, unlawful activity or a genuine security concern. We will give notice and an explanation where reasonably practicable, unless immediate action is necessary. This does not remove rights relating to an existing order, refunds, or mandatory consumer protections.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply, subject to mandatory law.
SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. General website information does not replace product-specific instructions.
Wallpaper and samples remain subject to applicable consumer rights, including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with their description. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights or the seller’s obligations in relation to goods supplied.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of that breach or was contemplated by both parties when the contract was made.
The Services and products are supplied for personal and household use. We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profits or business interruption arising from commercial use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights concerning goods, delivery, cancellation and refunds remain unaffected.
SECTION 18 - RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE
You are responsible for your unlawful use of the Services and breaches of these Terms, subject to applicable law. You are not required to indemnify us or Shopify for our own negligence, breach of contract or other responsibility that cannot lawfully be transferred to you.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect of the Service, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and govern your use of the Service. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications or proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, without limitation, any earlier versions of these Terms of Service).
Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes information and commitments that legally form part of your contract.
SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your obligations under these Terms without our written agreement, except where permitted by law. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation only where this does not reduce your rights or protections. We will notify you of any transfer affecting an existing contract.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service, as well as any separate agreement under which we provide you with the Services, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections applicable to them under the law of their country of residence. You and Decoria Home expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence where the customer is acting as a consumer.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect or limit the interpretation of these Terms.

Changes apply to future use and future orders and do not retrospectively alter an accepted order or remove mandatory consumer rights.
