ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Decoria Home ("the Seller") to consumers and non-professional buyers ("the Customers" or "the Customer") wishing to purchase the products offered for sale by the Seller ("the Products") on the website decoriahome.com.
They set out in particular the terms of ordering, payment, delivery and the handling of any returns of Products ordered by Customers.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale may be supplemented by specific terms set out on the website, prior to any transaction with the Customer.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the exclusion of all other terms.
They are accessible at all times on the website decoriahome.com and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other conflicting document.
As these Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended at a later date, the version applicable to a Customer's purchase is the version in force on the website on the date the order is placed.
ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS OFFERED FOR SALE
The Products offered for sale on the website decoriahome.com are as follows:
- Wallpaper in the materials and designs shown on the product pages, priced per square metre and delivered in rolls
- Wallpaper samples, priced at £2 per sample
The main characteristics of the Products, including specifications, illustrations and indications of dimensions or capacity, are presented on the website.
The Customer must review this information before placing an order. The choice and purchase of a Product is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Product images illustrate the design. Colours may appear different depending on screen settings and lighting. Customers may order a sample to assess colour and texture before purchasing wallpaper. These differences do not limit the Customer’s rights where a Product is not as described or is defective.
The Customer must refer to the description of each Product to be aware of its properties, essential characteristics and delivery times.
Wallpaper is priced per square metre (m²). The dimensions entered in the calculator determine the quantity to order; they do not, by themselves, mean that wallpaper is cut or manufactured to the exact dimensions of the Customer’s wall. Wallpaper is supplied in rolls.
Samples are intended to help assess colour and texture and may show only part of a design. They are separate purchases at £2 each, rather than wallpaper sold by the square metre.
Contractual information is presented in English and is confirmed at the latest when the Customer's order is validated.
ARTICLE 3 - VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE PRODUCT OFFER
Offers of Products are subject to availability, as specified when the order is placed.
ARTICLE 4 - SELLER'S CONTACT DETAILS
The Seller's contact details are as follows:
Decoria Home (operated by NO RISK NO RICH LTD)
71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden
London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
Email: contact@decoriahome.com
Company number: 17405018 (Companies House, United Kingdom)
Operating and return address:

Please contact contact@decoriahome.com before returning a Product so that we can provide return instructions.
In accordance with applicable UK data protection law, the Customer has, at all times, a right of access, rectification, objection, erasure and portability in respect of all their personal data, by writing by email or post, and, where reasonably necessary to verify the request, providing proof of identity, to the Seller's address mentioned above. For further details, the Customer is invited to consult our Privacy Policy.
Validation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance, without restriction or reservation, of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Customer acknowledges having the capacity required to enter into a contract and to purchase the Products offered on the website.
ARTICLE 5 - ORDERS
5-1. Placing an order
It is the Customer's responsibility to select on the website the Products they wish to order. The Customer may check the details of their order, its total price, and correct any errors before confirming acceptance. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and to report or correct any error immediately.
Wallpaper quantities and calculator: The calculator converts the wall width and height entered in centimetres into square metres, adds 10% extra, and rounds the result up to the next whole square metre, with a minimum order of 1 m². For example, a wall measuring 300 × 250 cm has an area of 7.5 m²; adding 10% gives 8.25 m², which is rounded up to an order of 9 m².
The additional 10% and any rounding are included in the ordered quantity and charged at the selected material’s displayed price per m²; they are not separate fees. This allowance helps with trimming and pattern matching but does not guarantee sufficient coverage for every wall or pattern. Customers should check their measurements and the installation requirements before ordering.
The final quantity and total price are shown before payment. If the Customer changes the quantity in the basket, the final quantity shown in the basket determines the amount purchased and charged; previously entered wall dimensions do not automatically change. Contact us before ordering if the dimensions and quantity do not match the intended purchase.
Before confirming an order, the Customer can review the Products, selected materials, dimensions, quantities and total price. By placing the order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Terms of Service.
The sale is only final once the Seller has sent the Customer confirmation of acceptance of the order by email, sent without delay after receipt of payment in full.
Any order placed, validated by the Customer and confirmed by the Seller constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment for a previous order.
The Products are offered for personal, non-professional use. Each wallpaper quantity unit represents one square metre.
5-2. Amendment of the order
To request a change to the design, material, dimensions, quantity or delivery address, contact contact@decoriahome.com as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the change can be made before dispatch. Changes are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Seller.
If a requested change cannot be made, we will explain the available options. Nothing in this section limits the Customer’s statutory cancellation rights or our commercial wallpaper return policy.
5-3. Cancellation of the order
Contact contact@decoriahome.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, the applicable cancellation and return procedures in Article 10 apply. Requesting cancellation before dispatch does not limit any statutory right to cancel.
ARTICLE 6 - PRICES
Products are supplied at the prices in force as shown on the website when the order is registered by the Seller. Prices are expressed in pounds sterling (£), inclusive of all taxes.
Wallpaper prices are displayed in pounds sterling per square metre (£/m²). Each quantity unit represents 1 m², with a minimum of 1 m² and increments of 1 m². The wallpaper total is the final ordered quantity multiplied by the price per m² of the selected material. Samples cost £2 each and are not priced per m².
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is placed. Prices may change for future orders without affecting an accepted order. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free, with no minimum purchase amount, including for sample orders. The total amount payable is displayed before payment.
The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total purchase amount, including these charges.
ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT TERMS
The price is payable in full on the day the Customer places the order, by secure payment, using the following methods:
- Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna
Payments are processed securely by the payment providers available at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits the Customer’s statutory rights or rights to dispute an unauthorised payment.
ARTICLE 8 - DELIVERY
Products ordered by the Customer are delivered free of charge within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:
- Preparation and dispatch: 1 to 2 working days (approximately 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Transit after dispatch: 4 to 5 working days.
- Total estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 working days from order to receipt, including preparation.
These estimates apply to wallpaper and sample orders. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. For further details, see our Shipping Policy.
Unless in a particular case or in the event of unavailability of one or more Products, ordered Products are delivered in a single shipment.
If delivery is delayed, contact contact@decoriahome.com so that we can investigate and provide an update. If we fail to deliver within the agreed period, the Customer retains the remedies available under applicable consumer law, including the right to set an appropriate additional delivery period or, where legally applicable, terminate the contract and receive a refund.
In the event of non-conformity of the delivered Product, the Seller undertakes to remedy this or to refund the Customer, as set out in Article 11.
The Seller bears the risks of transport and undertakes to reimburse the Customer in the event of damage caused during transport.
Returns of Products must be sent to the address indicated in our Refund Policy — and not to the registered office address mentioned in Article 4.
ARTICLE 9 - TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISK
Ownership of the Products shall only transfer from the Seller to the Customer once the price has been paid in full by the Customer, regardless of the delivery date of the said Products.
Regardless of the date of transfer of ownership, the transfer of risk of loss and damage shall only occur when the Customer takes physical possession of the Products. The Products therefore travel at the Seller's risk.
ARTICLE 10 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable UK consumer law, the consumer Customer may notify the Seller of their decision to cancel the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after receiving the Product, without having to give any reason or pay a penalty. After notifying the Seller, the Customer then has fourteen (14) calendar days to send the Product back.
During the statutory cooling-off period, the Customer may inspect and handle the Product only as they would reasonably be permitted to do in a shop. The Seller may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the Product's value has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging should be returned where reasonably possible, but its absence does not automatically remove the Customer's statutory cancellation rights.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised using the form available in Appendix 2 hereto, or by any other unambiguous statement expressing the wish to withdraw, sent by email to contact@decoriahome.com. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to the Customer immediately by the Seller.
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised within the above period, the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery charges are refunded. In accordance with our commercial policy, return costs (including the return label) are also covered by the Seller — more favourable than the legal minimum, which would normally place these costs on the Customer.
Commercial 30-day wallpaper returns: In addition to statutory rights, Customers may request a return of wallpaper within 30 calendar days after receipt. For this extended commercial offer, wallpaper must be unused, uncut, uninstalled and in its original condition and packaging. Return postage and a prepaid return label are covered by Decoria Home. Contact us for instructions. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Samples: Samples are excluded from the extended commercial 30-day return offer. This exclusion does not remove any statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receipt, or any rights where a sample is faulty, damaged or not as described. Those statutory rights remain available for samples.
For statutory cancellation returns, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first. For returns under our extended commercial wallpaper policy, we will issue the refund within 10 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, provided the return is accepted after inspection. A payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
ARTICLE 11 - SELLER’S LIABILITY - STATUTORY RIGHTS
Wallpaper and samples must conform to their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for their intended purpose, as required by applicable consumer law.
The Products supplied by the Seller benefit, as of right and without additional payment, independently of the right of withdrawal, from statutory consumer rights under applicable UK consumer law:
- the right to goods that conform to the contract, are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose;
- the right to a remedy where a Product is apparently defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the order, or is affected by a hidden defect arising from a material, design or manufacturing fault rendering the Product unfit for use,
under the conditions and in the manner set out in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Where a Product does not conform to the contract, the Customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in accordance with the remedies available under applicable UK consumer law and subject to the time limits provided for under that law.
These statutory rights apply independently of any commercial warranty that may cover the Product.
Please inspect wallpaper for the correct design, material, quantity and any visible defects before cutting or installing it. If there is a problem, contact contact@decoriahome.com, with your order number and photographs where available. Checking before installation helps us resolve problems promptly; failure to report a defect before installation does not automatically remove statutory rights.
Follow the installation instructions for the selected material and check the suitability of the wall surface. Damage caused by incorrect installation or unsuitable surfaces is not a manufacturing defect. This does not exclude responsibility for defective goods or incorrect instructions supplied by the Seller.
Where a Product is non-conforming or defective, the Seller will provide the remedies available under applicable UK consumer law. The Seller will provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover reasonable return costs.
Where the Customer is entitled to a refund for a non-conforming or defective Product, it will be issued to the Customer's original payment method as soon as possible and within 10 calendar days after the Seller agrees that the Customer is entitled to it.
The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by:
- misuse, incorrect installation, negligence or lack of maintenance by the Customer, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery. This exclusion applies only where that cause is responsible for the damage and does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in this Article limits the remedies available to consumers under applicable UK consumer law, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where legally applicable.
ARTICLE 12 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with applicable UK data protection law, it is noted that the personal data requested from the Customer is necessary for the processing of their order and the issuing of invoices. This data may be disclosed to the Seller's partners responsible for the performance, processing, management and payment of orders.
The processing of information provided through the website complies with legal requirements regarding the protection of personal data.
The Customer has an ongoing right of access, modification, rectification, objection, portability and restriction of processing in respect of information concerning them. This right may be exercised by contacting the Seller at contact@decoriahome.com, or by consulting our Privacy Policy. In the event of an unresolved complaint, the Customer may refer the matter to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
ARTICLE 13 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights belong to their respective owners. Use of the website does not grant Customers permission to reproduce protected designs or other protected content beyond uses permitted by law.
ARTICLE 14 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Changes to these Terms apply to future orders. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order. No provision of these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.
ARTICLE 15 - FORCE MAJEURE
The Parties shall not be held liable if the non-performance or delay in performance of any of their obligations, as described herein, results from a case of force majeure, meaning an event beyond that party's reasonable control which could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided.
We will inform the Customer of a significant delay caused by an event beyond our reasonable control and take reasonable steps to reduce its effects. Such events do not remove the Customer’s mandatory rights relating to cancellation, delivery or refunds.
ARTICLE 16 - GOVERNING LAW - LANGUAGE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections applicable to them under the law of their country of residence. They are drafted in English. Should they be translated into one or more languages, only the English text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
ARTICLE 17 - DISPUTES
All disputes to which purchase and sale transactions concluded under these Terms and Conditions of Sale may give rise, concerning their validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences and aftermath, and which could not be resolved amicably between the Seller and the Customer, shall be submitted to the competent courts of England and Wales, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Customer's country of residence where the Customer is acting as a consumer.
Before taking any legal action, the Customer is encouraged to first contact Decoria Home directly at contact@decoriahome.com to seek an amicable resolution. Where available, disputes may also be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. This does not affect the Customer's right to bring proceedings before the courts, or to rely on any mandatory consumer protections available to them.
ARTICLE 18 - PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION - CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
Before placing an order, the Customer can review the essential Product information, quantity, total price, payment methods, delivery arrangements and cancellation and return conditions. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay for the Products ordered. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory consumer protections or information that forms part of the contract.
APPENDIX 1 - PROVISIONS RELATING TO STATUTORY WARRANTIES
Under applicable UK consumer law on the sale of goods, the Seller is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, including that resulting from the packaging or assembly instructions where this was the Seller's responsibility.
To conform to the contract, the goods must in particular:
- correspond to the description, type, quantity and quality set out in the contract;
- be of satisfactory quality, having regard to the nature of the goods, their price, and any public statements made by the Seller, in particular in advertising or labelling;
- be fit for the purpose ordinarily expected of similar goods;
- or possess the characteristics agreed between the parties, or be fit for any special purpose sought by the buyer, made known to the Seller and accepted by the Seller.
Where goods do not conform to the contract, the Customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in accordance with the remedies available under applicable UK consumer law and subject to the time limits provided for under that law.
APPENDIX 2 - WITHDRAWAL FORM
This form should only be completed and returned if the Customer wishes to withdraw from an order placed on decoriahome.com, subject to any exclusions or limits on the exercise of the right of withdrawal under the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale.
